CPR training classes now available at multiple locations across Minnesota.

Online PR News – 16-December-2009 – [Big Lake], [MN],– In-Pulse CPR is now offering first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation classes at 10 locations in the Minneapolis and St Paul Minnesota metro area for both community and health care professionals.

Class locations include: Brooklyn Park, Mounds View, Plymouth, Roseville, Shakopee, Bloomington, Inver Grove Heights, Elk River, Albertville and Oakdale. There are also three out-state classes in St Cloud, Duluth, and Brainerd.

“Currently we offer 3 of the most popular American Heart certifications.” says Mollie Bowman. Mollie is owner and primary instructor for In-Pulse CPR. Heartsaver CPR teaches basic CPR including adult, child, and infant to employees, day care staff, babysitters and family members. Heartsaver First Aid is taught to effectively recognize and treat adult, child and infant emergencies in the first 7 to 10 critical minutes until emergency help arrives. First Aid is primarily taken by daycare providers and is usually taught alongside the CPR course. “Our most common certification” Bowman says, “is our BLS for Healthcare workers”. BLS is for the health-care professional who provide care to patients in a wide variety of settings. The course teaches CPR skills to help health-care workers deal with cardiac arrest, choking, and heart attack for all ages. Most nurses, EMT’s. dental workers, and nursing students are required to get “CPR Certified” by a qualified program such as through the American Heart.

Students successfully completing a course receive a two-year certification from the American Heart Association. The fee for each course varies. Registration can be completed online by visiting the company’s web site inpulsecpr.com.com or by contacting them via phone at 763-262-4776.
